Is the time right for Japan Value stocks?

Besides all implications given by the Covid-19 pandemic, Japan’s economy has its own challenges, including demographics and years of recession and deflation. However, it emerged quite well in recent years, says Dean Cashman, Head of Japanese Equities at Eastspring Investments. As one reason he names the progress that Japanese companies have made. This has opened up many interesting investment opportunities for investors, Cashman says, especially within the Japan value stocks universe.
