The Chinese economy was the first hit by the coronavirus outbreak. But is it also the first to recover? Wei Wei Chua, Portfolio Manager & Senior Analyst at Mirae Asset Global Investments, believes that China will at least recover faster than the rest of the world. His prognosis: If the virus vanishes by the middle of this year, China could recover in V-shape. Industries like infrastructure and construction are already showing signs of recovery with full order books and resumed work.
